The Ghana Deposit Protection (Amendment) Act, 2018, (Act 968) was passed in May 2018. The amendment Act amends certain provisions in Act 931 and is complementary to Act 931. Both Act 931 and its Amendment Act 968 should be read together for a holistic understanding of the Scheme.
